This painting of the Holy Family is one of five major santuary murals painted and gold leafed by two Benedictine monks.
A beautiful statue of the Virgin Mary has been restored to its original detail.
The Oratory's four-inch-thick original doors feature stained glass depictions of St. Benedict and his sister, St. Scholastica.
Stained glass depictions of Christ and his twelve apostles form a sem-circle above the three altar paintings.
The original exterior parts of the church's organ were installed in the 1880s when the church was built.
The brass-domed marble baptismal font is topped with a brass sculpture of St. John baptizing Jesus.
The elaborate carved oak pulpit with a carved stairway has been lovingly restored.
Sacred Heart's story reaches back to the 1880s, and is reaching forward through the 21st century.
